Primo Gin is a modern American Gin lovingly and locally distilled with imported Italian juniper as well as fresh and dried botanicals grown right here at Primo Restaurant’s four-acre farm. This collaboration between Blue Barren Distillery and our Primo family is a perfect paradigm of Chef Melissa Kelly’s empowering ethos of community support and living a full-circle existence: use everything, waste nothing, and make all absolutely delicious.
